Shiso, also known as perilla or Japanese basil, is a shrubby plant popular in Asian countries.
It has a delicious aroma, anise-like flavor and pairs well with fish.
The seed shells are particularly hard, so you need to pre-soak the seed a little longer (12-24 hours); otherwise, it will take a long time to see them sprout.
Cultural notes:
- Nr. of seeds per gram: 900
- Soaking: 12-24 hours
- Blackout: 4 days
- Production time: 10-12 days
