Instructions for use
(the jars go always kept in an area not in light or with little light for the entire duration of the process, up to point 5)
1) Insert a spoonful of seeds in the jar;
2) Add fresh water and soak for the hours indicated in the product sheet on our site;
3) Once the hours of soaking are finished, rinse a couple of times under running water and then empty all the water from the jar;
4) place the jar as per image;
5) Rinse the seeds 2 or 3 times a day, always removing the water. Keep the sprout in a room at about 20 °
6) When the shoots are ready, leave them to the Luca (not direct) for 3/4 hours, to take color. Then, at discretion, rinse them before eating them or keeping them in the refrigerator.
