Sprouts are increasingly popular because they allow to enjoy their properties all year around, they are relatively easy to grow and do not require special spaces or care to get the final product.

All the seeds in the collection are certified in organic cultivation, they have not been treated and they were negative in the presence of E. coli 0157 and Salmonella.
