CARROT SPROUTS: THE USES IN THE KITCHEN
Carrots are eaten in a thousand different ways. Obviously they keep their values better if they are not cooked. Possibly better to steam cook, thus avoiding the dispersion of the excipients in the water. They lend themselves well to both simple and elaborate dishes, savory and sweet.
In fact, due to their sugary characteristic, they can also be used for the preparation of cakes.
Carrot sprouts are used to accompany salads or to be placed in minestrone and sautéed dishes. Even in simple sandwiches, perhaps with meat, they will bring the right degree of freshness to the palate, giving it a more particular flavour.
