SUGGESTION
Growing quinoa is quite easy. It does not require a lot of water, so we recommend soaking for about 30 minutes before sowing. Additionally, quinoa seeds are said to contain a high concentration of saponins which may trigger an allergic reaction in some people. So, be sure to wash and rinse the seeds a couple of times before sowing, until the water is less foamy.
