Nutritional values
The Costa Gialla Costa Microgreens are rich in vitamins (micro-vegetables are highly appreciated precisely for this), which are contained above all in the most green leaflets on the seedling. Among the most present vitamins we find the Vitamins A, B, C, E and K. Consuming these miniature vegetables, we will consequently take excellent quantities of vitamin C, but also of vitamin K. precisely due to the high presence of vitamins, the microgreens act as completely natural food supplements.
The yellow chard microgreens in the kitchen
These portentous chard microgreens are widely used in the world of catering: they make the aesthetics of the flow and greatly flavor the dishes with their sweet and terrose notes. The use of these vegetables is, however, more transversal than you think: we can also use them daily in the kitchen, in the creation of both land and sea dishes. They are excellent like outline for the fish. We can use them for Decorate elaborate dishes who will amaze our guests, or we can, alternatively, make them the perfect seasoning for a risotto.
