The Pak Choi in the kitchen
Pak Choi is widely used in Chinese cuisine, as vegetables in itself or as an ingredient of Ramen. Its delicate flavor makes it perfect to be consumed alone or inside soup, but also in particular or even raw, thanks to its delicious crunchiness. To maintain the nutritional properties it is recommended to cook it moderately, as is the case for many other vegetables.
Suggestion
To enrich its delicate flavor it is recommended to cook it with a little garlic and season it with some spice, with a drop of balsamic vinegar or with a thread of soy sauce. In the latter case, avoid salting the vegetable, since the soy sauce is very tasty.
