The Cannellino Bean is an ancient variety recovered from Arcoiris. Fruit with a rounded shape slightly flattened at the poles with slight "furrows. Weight from 2 to more than 3 kg. The skin from intense green during growth turns to straw yellow when ripe. Light yellow pulp with greenish hues, very fragrant and with high sugar content.
