Tomato ciliegia rosso is a very common tomato variety in areas where the climate is particularly mild: it is grown mainly in Southern Italy. The fruit is very small and its shape is round. It is red in color and is usually grouped in bunches. The substrate must be well drained and without water stagnations to facilitate a proper growth. Irrigations must necessarily be regular and not excessive. Sowing takes place in the spring. The peculiarity of Tomatoes ciliegino is that they contain few calories and few fats.
