Cultural notes:
Sowing period: from february to april. Thin out after about 1 month, leaving one plant every 10 cm. The "paws" will be obtained in the following spring.
Distance: transplant the legs from November to March, at a distance of about 30 cm. one from the other, in grooves 130-150 cm apart and 20-50 cm deep.
Harvest: it is carried out the year following the transplantation of the "legs" from April to May. Direct sowing period: from April to August
