How to grow Nasurtium microgreens
- Soak the nasturtium seeds in warm water for about 4-8 hours. This will allow the seed to draw in as much water as possible to begin the germination process.
- Prepare the soil bed by moistening and tamping it (making it level). Distribute the seeds evenly over the surface and cover with a thin layer of soil, just as you do for peas.
- Mist regularly and place under a grow light when seedlings emerge through the soil layer.
- Allow enough time for nasturtium micro seedlings to produce 2 to 4 leaves before harvest.
