GREEN PERILLA MICROGREENS IN THE KITCHEN
Green perilla microgreens are commonly used as a garnish but can be incorporated into pasta, soups, salads and savory pancakes. Furthermore, they can also be excellent substitutes for basil and transformed into a delicious pesto. Green perilla microgreens pair well with mushrooms, tofu, rice, eggs, meats such as fish, chicken or pork, and soft cheeses.
