Brassica rapa rapa
Medium late variety, with elongated root and dull tip, white in color with purple collar. White pulp, jagged leaves of medium green color.
Notes: Of low nutritional value and rich in water, turnips have a good content of vitamin C and mineral salts. They are a natural antioxidant of valid help against aging.
