Sesame microgreens have a delicate and delicious flavor. Despite its small and tiny size, it contains a good amount of nutrients to improve your health.
Sesame is fairly easy to grow as microgreens, and will be ready in about a week.
You can leave the seed to soak for about 2-4 hours, to speed up germination.
However, you can sow even without the soaking phase.
Some people like to germinate sesame in a jar (1-3 days) and then transfer it to soil.
