PASSWORD: WELL-BEING
We have chosen healthy foods to help your body: let's discover together the beneficial properties of individual foods.
Avocado is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and fiber. It features a good amount of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
Oranges are rich in vitamin C which helps to strengthen the body's immune defences, and also aids digestion. Rich in potassium, calcium, phosphorus and sodium.
Fennel has purifying and digestive properties. Rich in vitamin C useful to protect and strengthen the body.
Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamins B, vitamin C and vitamin E. It also contains mineral salts such as iron, magnesium and manganese.
Mung Bean Sprouts are rich in dietary fiber; it is precisely for this reason that they are a real healthy touch for the health of our body.
Buckwheat sprouts are gluten-free, so as to allow proteins, enzymes and carbohydrates of vegetal origin to be supplied to the body. They also have a high manganese content: an essential mineral to promote cell regeneration and counteract the action of free radicals.
Clover Microgreens are an excellent source of beneficial properties as they contain calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, thiamine, isoflavones and coumarins. Also vitamins A, B-12, E, K and C cannot be missing.
Alfalfa Microgreens contain a large amount of excipients, so they become a concentrate of health. They also have a significant dose of vitamins E and mineral salts, including calcium in greater quantities.
Edible wild herbs will help your immune system "naturally"! We remind you that they are fat-free, contain omega 6 and omega 3 and have diuretic and in some cases slightly laxative properties.
Lemon is often used as the best condiment because it helps to absorb the iron of vegetables thanks to its high content of vitamin C and citric acid: a good ally for strengthening the immune system!
In addition to being a very good alternative to vinegar.
